01 My TAPP3D tag is not working
Our tags are built off of a technology called NFC or near-field communication. The maximum range of these devices are 1-5 cm.
For iPhone, the sensor is near the top of the phone by the dynamic island.
For Android, the NFC sensor is on the back in the middle of the phone.
02 How do I enable NFC on an Android?
Enabling the NFC function on your Android is simple:
- Navigate to Settings
- Search “NFC”
- Enable “NFC”
- Start connecting
03 Is there a subscription fee?
TAPP3D will always offer a free digital business card with the purchase of a tag or other product.
04 Can I update my profile after setting it up?
Yes - TAPP3D's digital business cards can always be updated.
05 Do I need to download an app?
No! There is no app needed to use your TAPP3D device. Share your contact info and your digital business card with ease.
Everything works through your phone's browser which makes sharing your profile easy.
